Water:
A staggering 62% of people admit to not drinking their recommended daily amount of water. Adults should drink between 2 - 2.5 litres of water each day. This is roughly 8 glasses.
Drinking water has many benefits to help you reach your transformation goals. H2O flushes the impurities out of your body and helps your digestive system work better. When we do not drink enough water, our bodies want to hold on to as much as possible. This can result in your body feeling and looking bloated.
Carrying a water bottle with you helps to always stay hydrated and acts as a reminder to keep on drinking.

Snacks:
Do not get caught-out feeling hungry between meals as we tend to steer towards the unhealthy and calories rich foods.

Sleep:
According to sleep research, 36% of UK adults do not get the recommended 6-9 hours of sleep a night.
Lack of sleep can have a huge impact on our mental and physical health. Sleep helps to regulate every system in your body so that it works properly. If you are not getting enough sleep, your body could be in a constant state of stress and therefore hang on to fat stores as a response. Insufficient sleep has also been directly linked to increased appetite and cravings for energy rich foods.
